Client Area

FTP, or File Transport Protocol, is a protocol that allows you to move files from one computer to another over the internet. AITN uses FTP to transport customer files from our servers to our clients' computers.

NOTE: We do recommend using FTP client software such as FireFTP, listed with a download link below. It is a small download and a very quick install.

If you are trying to use FTP in Internet Explorer 7, try the following steps:

  • Open Internet Explorer 7
  • Enter your FTP user name, password, and site in the URL bar using the following pattern:
    ftp://username:password@flytenn.hosting4less.com/
  • Internet Explorer 7 will display a directory listing of the FTP site.
  • Click the Page menu on the right hand side, under the search bar.
  • Select Open FTP Site in Windows Explorer.
  • Windows explorer opens. Re-enter your username and password.
  • Click the Filemenu and select Login As….
  • Enter your user name and password, and click the Log On button.
