To capture a positive first impression of your building’s exterior, we determine the most desirable time of day and the best angle to effectively highlight construction, architecture and landscaping features. We also go the extra step to remove any undesirable objects such as trash cans, debris, and unwanted signage if possible. We typically photograph fewer views tailored to your needs versus several less customized views, although we are flexible and can shoot in a style that is best for you.

Ordering: We will provide you with a quote based upon your building’s location, number of views and deadline. If you have more than one building that needs to be photographed, they may be able to be photographed at the same time or require another trip based on proximity and which directions they face. We are always delighted to travel. For sites outside the greater Nashville area, travel costs will be incorporated into the quote.

Delivery: Using precise and updated color management systems, our post production team brings photos to life with balanced and vibrant colors. This important detail results in bold images that beautifully showcase the structure. We provide digital files and 8x10 glossy prints of each view. Other output options are available, such as higher-resolution files, custom enlargements and mounting. Usage rights are explained in our quotes.
